On the ground floor, the large and welcoming living area opens onto the south-facing side of the cottage and a private south-west-facing terrace, with views towards the swimming pools and the surrounding Charente countryside. This floor also includes a double bedroom, a shower room and a separate WC.

Upstairs, two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90 cm), open onto a mezzanine overlooking the living area. There is also a separate WC upstairs.
