On the ground floor, the bright living area opens directly onto a private south-facing terrace and enclosed garden. There is also a double bedroom with access to its own terrace, as well as a separate WC.

Upstairs, you will find a very spacious bedroom with three single beds (90 cm) and a second bedroom with two single beds (90 cm). Both bedrooms share a shower room, with a separate WC.

With its private outdoor space and authentic character, Les Arcs is an ideal holiday cottage for families looking to enjoy a relaxing stay in the Charente countryside.
